Breakfast - 25 lei: different kinds of cheese (salted cheese, melted cheese, "de burduf" - traditional Romanian, fresh), various kinds of jam (bitter cherries, cranberries and rosehip), butter, peasant platter with traditional products, alternatives if the customer asks (eggs, sausage, hot dogs), tea, milk and coffee.
Main meal (late lunch) - 50 lei: various types of soup (chicken, beef, pork), with noodles, dumplings or vegetables, steak with garnish and pickles, as dessert various types of homemade cake. On the house "horinca" (Romanian drink) of Maramures or homemade raspberry or cranberry liqueur.
The meals are served in a dining room with rustic ambiance created both by the 100 years old oak furniture with crystal glass, and also by the stone fireplace which offers more than warmth.
This will be varied from one meal to another and from one day to another using a wide range of products (pork, beef, chicken) from our own production or from the nearby farms (except the cold meats). Everything is a combination between traditional and modern.
Menu examples: hunting medallion with cranberry sauce, stuffed potatoes with mushrooms and "de burduf" cheese, "mamaliga" with sausage and ribs, "sarmale", "cozonaci" and homemade bread.
